Goonies Never Say Die!

This news, seen on Devon Haskins Facebook page is superb.

The new owner of the Goonies house in Astoria moves in and hangs a banner “Hey You Guys! Goonies Welcome!”

The neighbour, probably as fed up with the tourists coming around as the woman who owns the Breaking Bad house puts up a banner reading “Goonies Not Welcome!”

Then the neighbour in the middle of all this chimes in with “Ignore Karen”

Is this a real battle of the neighbours, or a cunning stunt to bring in more visitors before they begin to charge. Is it to drum up interest prior to a reboot, or a sequel?

If they need a sequel this is my take, Mr Spielberg’s welcome to speak to me about a writers room meeting.

The Goonies not welcome house is inhabited by people who know the secret. The first film was based on a real local legend about One Eyed Willies rich stuff.

A group of tourist kids see their chance to prank the ”Karen” house but when they get close they see the evidence that the Karen’s have been collecting inside.
