O.K. So I’m a 40 year old man, but who doesn’t love Lego. Am I right?

This is kind of what I was telling myself after shelling out just under £100 for the main game and a Back to The Future level pack. (BNPL is a wonderful thing)

Lego Dimensions launched this week, Lego’s foray into the world of “Toys to Life” gaming. I saw the trailer [youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eA8TW3NZQSc&w=560&h=315] and had to pick it up.

I’ve just this minute put it into the PS4 and there is immediately a 5.412 GB update required!! Now if I had kids waiting to play, I’m sure they would be pretty upset about this, as it is I’m not too pleased myself.

I’m hoping this kind of fix it after release attitude is altered soon now that there are new consumer laws affecting downloaded content.

So, while I wait for the game to load, have a look at the trailer, then decide just how much is this game going to cost me?
